P-Wave Acoustic Wave Therapy P-Wave Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT) utilizes the power of acoustic sound waves to revive erectile functioning on a cellular level. AWT was first medically used to break up kidney stones and currently used successfully in treating orthopedic injuries. Recently its benefits have been successfully applied to reviving the blood flow to the penis to improve erection quality. During AWT a hand-held device is operated by our Nurse Irena & passed around a numbed penis emitting sound waves. The penis undergoes small, painless microtraumas to the blood vessels which promote angiogenesis (growth of new tissue). The soundwaves also break up harmful plaque deposits which accumulate over time in the blood vessels of the penis and inhibit optimal blood flow. The treatment does not cause pain although men experience a slight tapping sensation from the device. We use a top of the line, FDA approved AWT device for maximum effectiveness and comfort.
