Our P-Shot® procedure
The P-Shot is performed in our comfortable office and is approximately one hour in total duration. First your blood will be drawn from your arm and your PRP will be prepared. A topical numbing cream will be applied on your penis to ensure an overall comfortable procedure. After about 20 minutes the numbing cream will be activated and your PRP will be ready. PRP is then injected into the areas of your penis that are essential for blood flow which is along the shaft and the tip (no, not in your opening). The injections take just a few minutes and then you are ready to go. That's it! In terms of pain you will feel a poke but the numbing cream removes most, if not all, pain. The only side effects are minor and temporary bruising, swelling and tenderness. Most men need a day or so after the treatment before they are ready for intercourse.

After the P-Shot your body your body slowly begins the process of the regeneration of the tissue of the penis. While some men notice immediate differences, most find initial results are noticed at 3 weeks and full effect is between 8-12 weeks.
