Waxing leaves skin feeling smooth and slick longer because it removes hair at the root; as opposed to shaving that cuts the hair and then grows-in prickly. Waxing over a period of time causes thinning and lessening of hair regrowth.
In waxing, a warm wax is applied to the hair areas in need of removal. A small cloth is adhered to the wax and, with the expert hands of BAIW's Irena Fomenko, quickly pulled off with hair. When hair is removed with wax in this way, the hair is pulled out from the follicle. When it grows back, it is finer and softer.
- a basic tidying; we wax the sides (called your panty line) and across the top. If you're wearing a bikini, this will prevent any hairs from "peeking out."
- allows you to take off as much or as little hair as you like from the front. If you want to leave a small "strip," triangle, square, or nothing at all, it's up to you.
